Version 2 of the scrolling animation template

Continued work on scroll-driven content
I’ve been working for a while on different approaches to presenting information at SciencePrimer.com. This is why I created the single page template and other tools I discussed here last year. It is also the impetus behind the scrolling content I’ve posted over the past few months.

Scrolling content template
I spend some time this week modifying the structure of the ATP intro illustration to come up with a scrolling template that I hope to use as a starting point for some of the new illustrations I plan to develop over the next few months.

Screen real-estate considerations for illustration design
One of the long term goals for Science primer is to create content that can be effectively consumed on multiple screen sizes. It is not alway possible to preserve all of the desired functionality at the smallest screen sizes, but I do my best.
